The bedrock to every relationship you enter is TRUST. It does not matter what kind of relationship it is-family, friend, lovers etc; trust in one another will go a long way to tell the life span of such relationship. If there is an element of distrust noticeable within a relationship, it will be in your position to get trust back trust into it. But the big question here is, how can you get trust back into your relationship? In a situation of distrust in a relationship, how can you input trust back into that relationship? How can you mend a broken trust?
It is not always simple to inject trust into an already severed relationship. But, it is always a necessary step to take. Trust is one of the best ingredients that is always noticeable in a good and virile relationship. In a situation whereby you have a week relationship, it effect at the long run must always be adverse. Having trust in your partner will make you to avoid unnecessary questioning and worries about your spouse or partner. With trust, you will be rest assured that your relationship with others will not suffer because both of you will uphold each other's interest at heart.
In other to inject trust into your relationship, you must allow your worries be a secondary thing. In other words you should shove aside you troubles. Do away with all events of distrust that you have been through. Let your perfect trust be in your relationship. Do away with the notion that that if you enter a relationship you will be hurt. In a situation you notice that there is no reciprocity in trust, then know that you relationship is experiencing a negative trend. To succeed in a relationship, there should be a balance in trust to about a hundred percent (100%). If at the end there is a deviation and the level of trust is below 100% then you should opt out of the relationship.
