Too Clingy? Stop Neediness Now

Are you to clingy with your boyfriend? Here's some symptoms:

Your calling him all the time.
If he mentions a girlfriend you get an anxious feeling in your stomach.
If he's out you wonder if he's with another girl.
You get jealous of him spending time with his MALE friends.

Clingy is very off putting to men. They want a girl who is relaxed within the relationship. They want a girl who ENJOYS their company but is also SELF ASSURED enough to know she'd be fine on her own. A girl who is always ringing them and checking up on them can be very annoying.

Yet, the pain of clingy goes both ways. The feeling of jealousy is a very distressing one for any girl. Your head is a spin all the time about your man. You wish you didn't care as much, you wish you could just let go and relax, letting him get on with his life while you get on with yours.

So here are some tips on how to deal with clingy:

1. Get out more. Make more friends, get more hobbies.

2. Resist trying to control him. If you know a certain behaviour is clingy, then stop doing it. Eventually you'll get used to it and will trust him. For example if you always ask where he's been, stop asking. He'll probably mention where he was anyway and you'll realise you had nothing to worry about.

3. Meditate. Stop worrying and thinking about your relationship. Meditate or get another focus instead.
